June 4, 2005 One of the most annoying things that happens when conversing over email is getting your whole email ignored except the last question. Like for example when you send in a support request to a web host, they ignore everything you write up until the last question. They respond to that one question and that's it. Makes me wanna scream. So.. I've sort of began to send single question emails. It may take more emails but at least I get a point-by-point response like I want. I find when sending email to web hosting support addresses, a great many of them have their system setup where the email creates an individual ticket per email I send. The support people need to get these tickets 'finished' or removed from 'the queue' or whatever, so they respond to each email individually.
